Ready to kick off 2016 with a brand new fitness class at Dance & Company??
Get started on your new year’s fitness goals and join us for a free trial class of Barre Body®, taught by our very own Miss Tyler.
The class will be held Monday, January 25th from 7:30-8:30pm, and is offered to all adults 18 years of age and up.
Barre Body® is a new fitness method inspired by ballet technique. The class is described as “a modern, challenging, and safe barre class that sculpts your body while providing a calorie-burning cardio workout. Set to an up-tempo and fun mix of music ranging from classical to contemporary, this class targets specific muscle groups through repetitive movements. It incorporates weights, therabands, exercise balls, and the ballet barre to build core strength while developing long, lean, flexible muscles.” Miss Tyler was recently certified to teach the Barre Body® class, and is so excited to be bringing the technique to dancers and non-dancers alike.
The free trial class will be open to all- absolutely no experience required! Based upon the demand for the class at the trial, we may be adding it to the schedule permanently beginning February 2016.
